High technology is the heavy burdon.

High technical industry is in the sunrising. High technical means high profit; means high demand of staffs; means high speed of innovation; means high intensive of competition.

However, whether we have though it also means heavy burden.

Any slight problem in the workflow or any small mistake in the technology can cause an disaster.

Maybe we could have prepared for the trouble, but we could never do not account trouble.

The physical quality of person could never so high as machine. We also could not seek so high personality of person that no any thing would be ignored by working.

High profit and high risk, it is true.

High expectation and be high disappointed, it is also true.

Suck, but not the stomach

Have you ever felt suck from your own guys?

What is a trouble, if you have been run in the trouble by your own guys?

I could not say I have felt faint in this case, because, in fact I was really irritated.

The mistake takes me in the far distance to the information, for which delay I almost have signed a contract for nothing.

But I would say the most awful thing is , if the mistake results from the people who intend to do so.

Book = Bible?

In China, we have an old phrase, "If you believe all in the books and follow all in the books, then it is better no books."

We learn the lessons from others by reading books; we wide our kens by reading books; we catch experience by reading books. However, books are still basing on the past, not more than now. How can we copy the all of the past and now to work on the process of future?

Hence, in this context, people are foolish if they regard the books as Bible and use it to guide the way for future.

Any publish of books must have considered the reading range and their taste. People usually like to know the success story of others, while they can learn it and make it as their own success story.

Hence, you only find and read what you want to find and read in the books. You never know there are many more bitter stories behind such few successors.

It is wise, do not mislead your business way by using the books for guiding.

But you still need to charge yourself time by time with many basic theory books.

Books are valuable if you can utilize them in the right way; books will ruin your business, if you are addicted in them.

We fool ourselves.

How to arrange the work process and procedure easy but not duplicated is always a serious task for the big company, where people are more than wanted, procedure are more than accepted.

To set the work guideline and work procedure is deem to arrange the work much easier and process flower. However, (I hate to say "however", really.) When this kind ofguideline itself can confuse people, how can you expect it can work?

We should let the guideline work for us, not we work for guideline.

Really a trouble, if you have to spend more time to fulfill some papers or forms ( just for standardisation) than what you need for achieving a task.

Set the goal for the day after tomorrow

Once stop, difficult to start. Have you experienced this by doing sport, by writing blog, by learning instrument?

By doing job, it also exists this phenom. Once the atmosphere affected whole office beginning with one person, then you will see the result of Domino.

So, we have to set the goal for ourselves. Working for your goal, not the bonus, not the new position, not the handsome boss.

From the level of the goal, we can see how far of the career you can go. So try to set it as far as possible, as encourage as possible, as impossible as possible.

Who knows whom you will be tomorrow.

If the solider does not want to become the general, then he is not a good solider.

If a person does not have a gross goal, then in my view he will never be a great person.
