group and team

I feel sad, because I just know the real meaning of " Group" and "Team".

If you still keep the memory of childhood, then you should remember you have been a group member in the kinder garden. All sweet kinder hands hold hands and march in square. In the far ahead is the group leader- the teacher of kinder garden.

Team means no leader no subordinates. Each team member is only responsible for his own task. However, due to the benefit connection, each one still has the duty and motivation of the whole team operation.

Knowing... realising... wondering...

How difficult to set up a good team? The answer is much difficult than to find a life partner. because the later only involves two persons.

If you are good enough, then you can be a business man; if you are a good team player, you can be a successful business man; if you are as good as a team leader, please to start your own business. Why not?

Being a person before bing a business man

Generally, we are saying before doing business, please at first to be a person.
Yes, a good business man should also be a high reputation person.

If you just want to do the business for one time, then this paragraph has nothing to do with you.

Contract is reached between persons. How good is your personality, on let me put it in this way, how easy can people trust you, is the point how far you can go in the business.

Being a person before being a business man. However, it is only the beginning, after reaching the contract, what you can control is just less and less. It depends on the team work, depends on the market, even sometimes depends on God.

CEO of Ebay, a 50 years old lady

I just picked up some words from the blog of my friend, when I saw this paragraph.

At first I was interested in knowing who is the CEO of Ebay.

Then I was shocked to know the CEO is a lady.

Finally, I become calm again, because she has been 50 years old.

It does not mean I discriminate women. In opposite, I am quite pride for myself being a lady.

I believe women can do the same as men do.

There should be no difference between gender. The possible difference is resulting from social methodology.

However, being the CEO of a great enterprise - for example Ebay, does not like open a can so easy. As a lady, I believe she has worked much hard than the men.

Considering her age, I trust she has the experience, confidence, knowledge and capacity for her position.

Wish you- Meg have an easier way for your career since now.

Please no gap for business.

I think if people want to run the mass work, it will be much easier than to keep your job tide done.

A contract looks as the final step for a business, however, if we can not well arrange the structure and terms of the contract, there will be the trouble - no stop.

Drawing , reviewing and publishing a contract maybe is the main task of the profession legal staff. The person, who deals with the final contract- for negotiating, has the heavy power to up date the legal staff about the matter of contract. They know the exact gap between the terms and practice.

Never drawing a clear gap between different departments. For making business well done, there need space to communicate and cross-working.

You open the door, who will close the door?

An interesting small talk is the way to a high level meeting. A successful meeting is just as opening the door of business. Generally, the high level meeting can make important decision, however, the decision is only a beginning.

Who shall follow up and execute the decision? Sure, this is never the decision maker. The clear work assignment can make the best arrangement of Human resource.

At current moment, I am happy to be a follow up person. I see what I shall do and I do what I shall do. I am not the guy who closes the door, instead, I will broad door.

By each talk, each meeting, each eye contact, you can find the trap. Maybe it is you who set it up, or maybe others. However, is it an interesting fight?

The importance of the alliance often will be highspoted when the high goal is for reach.

Individual maybe in the same power stage to another one, however, he will seem so weak when facing a group of people. It does the same to the business.

Companies need organising for getting to another higher stage. It is also the strategy for leading the market.

But alliance is the state for one definite moment, because each one has its own benefit, so the alliances can not hold together so longer.

How long for being the alliance is not the topic; how to maximize the function in the limited duration is the point.

Here, besides the personal feeling with Sydney, I feel the e-market power is so strong.
People all are motivated with the market, not only merchants as well as publishers.

I have to say this is the market should look like, people are eager to try and to move on, not for holding back or just looking around.

Of course the competition is higher than the market in left countries of Asia pacific, however, people struggle hard for it. I am also motivated and encouraged by this.

What is the tomorrow of e-commerce?

How does the technology go on, partly depends on how people want to use technology, how much will people depend on the technology. In another side, how will the life be, partly depends on how the technology goes on.

To be honest, I do not believe in technology. These days is coming the e-passport in Hong Kong.
I am not excite for this. Just wish, people still can feel safe and comfortable, when so many new technologies are playing the core role and time by time, it runs out some problems.
