team connection

Team is a powerful form for improving the efficiency. Each person has his own task, which should be his professional. Meanwhile, among the team members, all share the same resource and fight for the same goal. A well buildup team is good for fighting.

However, once there is the sharp conflict in the team and team members can not sort this matter at once, then the efficiency of the work does not exist any more.

Same aim should be the final goal for a team.

Gap, can leap or not?

What is the difference between Chinese and Westerns?
What is the difference between Chinese culture and western culture?
What is the difference between Chinese staff and western staff?
What is the difference between Chinese enterprises and western enterprises?

We can ignore the difference, if all nations, cultures, staffs and enterprises are equally on-going.

However, when the reality is showing the gap, we must think of the deep reason.

the third part affiliate

The third part affiliate cooperation can complete the resource maximization.
The point is how to manage this cooperation.
In theorey, it is possible. However, in practice, it should set up basing on the trusty.
The problem of technical interface, payment means, will emerge out soon and no way for avoiding.

Another thing is how firmly can this cooperation be?

For a very benefit programme, it can reach the final goal with good result without the third part affiliates. however, for an less than attractived programme, it i simportant to get the cooperation from the third part affiliate. But, usually, at this time, no one will step into marshes.

Hence, my question is, to which extend can the third part affiliate work.

Ad:tech

Ad:tech is a big event for the ad marketing institutions and online vendors.
Just from the size of Ad:tech in different regions, we can draw a conclusion that in Asia, except Australia, people are still layman of e-marketing.

Last October, only around 20 exhibitor attended Ad:tech -Shanghai.

Furthermore, most of them are foreign companies, who have entered into Asia market, or is stepping into this market. Where are the Asia local e-marketing companies?

Do not have or just have not been aware of the importance of the Ad:tech.

Do not complain on lacking of channels for e-business. Just need you pay attention to each potential chance.

For what do we need computer and internet?

If we can make a survey, I will be interested in knowing which kind people spend much time surfing on-line.
I have experienced the life can not be without Internet as well as more than half year I can feel so well without using computer.
If people can always utilize the computer and Internet for doing the right thing- meaningful thing, I will feel so pride for this invention in 20 century.
Many rubbish messages just fly by; many people just look for Pornography on-line; even many intelligent people invest their time and energy to write the virus programme and then by one click, we all are infected. So schlecht!
People need to be educated for using the computer and Internet for right thing and in the right way.

how much can the business be reliable on internet?

The earthquake of last month in Asia Pacific has shown the people the importance of the Internet nowadays.

Today, the Internet does not only act as a routine way of communication. It is playing such a core role in the business worldwide.

Although, we have not been 100 per cent reliable on the Internet for the business, however, the percent is going higher and higher.

Just imaging, when the day is coming, most things can be and are used to be done by Internet, and human still can not conquer the nature, what can we do when account another nature disaster?

Internet is only a way and can not replace all ways.

PPL, is the trend

Affiliate market in Asia seems as in the ice age. No affiliate is really understanding that the trend of it is leading to PPS.
They are keen to do PPC or PPL, by which is easy to cheat. It results that merchants are reluctant to do affiliate marketing in Asia. The high rate of fraud has intimidated many potential business.
On another side, affiliates are still wandering in PPC and PPL. However, in western, the affiliate marketing has done a successful business basing on PPL.
If in Asia, affiliate marketing is still stick to PPC and PPL, or if the fraud ad rank can not be reduced, the e-commerce in Asia will never keep up with the western.

Localisation- is not so easy

A big challenge for the foreign company to get business started in China is how soon to become localise. It is not only a matter of setting the office and recruiting the Chinese staffs, but also a management system and management ideology.

Foreign e-commerce companies are meeting another localisation challenge- price fighting.
Due to the early development and much mature and health market of e-commerce in Europe and USA, how to make own business bigger, is never a reason for beginning a price fighting. However, in China, these foreign companies will be in such an awkward- high standard for getting business started or low profit and no standard for starting the business.

QQ coin

Today, I have seen in the newspaper that Chinese government has paid notice to the virtual property. The thing is focusing on: black money wash.

However, it is only one corner of glacier. QQ coin is moving out of the water, because it is the most common virtual currency in using in China now. What about the virtual currency for on-line game? It is a big market as well.

So far, no regulation is done for controlling the lawsuit for virtual property in the world. The legislation can not spread the hand in each direction of the life. Too much control will drag back the speed of economy. Here is also no reference to Chinese government.

Which way of legislation will the QQ coin lead to?
