Please no gap for business.

I think if people want to run the mass work, it will be much easier than to keep your job tide done.

A contract looks as the final step for a business, however, if we can not well arrange the structure and terms of the contract, there will be the trouble - no stop.

Drawing , reviewing and publishing a contract maybe is the main task of the profession legal staff. The person, who deals with the final contract- for negotiating, has the heavy power to up date the legal staff about the matter of contract. They know the exact gap between the terms and practice.

Never drawing a clear gap between different departments. For making business well done, there need space to communicate and cross-working.
